No Refunds or Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Herbal products are perishable and cannot be resold once shipped.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
