Rooted in community, healing, and service, I have always been drawn to work that carries a greater purpose. My own healing testimony inspired the creation of Telayha Roots where I discovered the foundational simplicities of health with a goal to spread the knowledge with others.

 

What began as a desire (and need) to heal myself eventually evolved into a deeper calling: supporting others in reconnecting with their own capacity to restore health through education, mineral restoration, detoxification, cellular rewiring, and ways of being.

 

When my health hit rock bottom with no clear answers, I was forced to dig deep within myself to find truth in the unexplained. My path eventually led me back to ground zero where I (re)discovered the power of herbs: the original God-given medicine. ​​So after years of studying, researching, going back to school and experimenting hands-on with traditional healing modalities, my goal is to give back what has been given to me, with a clear mind and a clear heart.

I aim to bring a deeper understanding of the healing potential of plants and how they synergistically work with our bodies to facilitate overall well-being and health to ourselves and communities. Telayha Roots is built on educating the mind and heart while providing the tools to show you the power of herbs and nutrition on an experiential level.
